Regular priced and non-sale items are eligible for returns for refund of the product price only within 30 business days from the delivery date. 

For any defective items, please email us a photo and description of issue within 30 days of receipt of product to:  contact@purelaye.com to be eligible for an exchange, subject to approval.  

Any item altered after purchase are not eligible for returns. We are not responsible for any damages that may incur after receipt of the item due to normal wear and tear or improper storage of product. 

The customer is responsible for shipping charges to our Returns Dept. For first time exchanges, we will ship the item to the customer with at no additional shipping charge (domestic shipments only).  Any subsequent exchanges will be charged a shipping fee. No exchanges, no returns and no refunds on Sale or Promotional items.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Pricing on the site will be honored with call in orders. Promotions on our reading glasses and sunglasses are only valid during specific dates and times. Those dates and times are advertised through our newsletter and cannot be redeemed outside of those promotional periods. Promotions from other stores will not be honored through our website.
